How you're protected
- You own everything from day one. Code, API keys, and data live in your accounts, not ours. If we disappear, your agents keep running.
- Pay in milestones, not all up front. A deposit to start, the balance when the work is live and running to the spec we agreed in writing.
- We define what done looks like first. Acceptance criteria are set with you in writing before we build, so the goalposts do not move on either side.
- Pay by a method that protects you. Card, Stripe, or escrow. We never ask for wire or crypto.
Before you send it
How is this different from the free audit?
The audit is for finding what to automate when you are not sure yet. This is for when you already know. If you can describe the workflow, we can scope it and quote it without a call.
Do we still need a call to get a quote?
No. We put the scope and price in writing first. If you want to talk it through before you decide, say so and we book a time in your timezone.
What if the workflow turns out to be a bad fit?
We tell you, in writing, and point you to the right workflow tool or to the audit instead. We do not quote work that should not be built.
How fast can it start?
Once the scope is signed, a pilot on your real data typically runs within 30 days. Larger builds add production hardening after that.
