Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the passcut.com website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Passcut is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Questions about these terms go to [email protected].
The website and our paid services are different things
These terms cover this website and its content. They do not govern a paid engagement. When you hire us, a separate written service agreement sets out the scope, pricing, ownership, and obligations for that work, and it controls if anything here conflicts with it.
Using the site
You may read, share, and reference the content here for your own purposes. You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, and no using it to break the law.
We welcome search and AI crawlers that respect our robots file. Automated bulk collection beyond that, or any use that harms the site or other users, is not permitted.
Our content
The text, design, graphics, and logos on this site belong to Passcut, or are used with permission. You may quote and link to our content with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, pass it off as your own, or use our name or marks in a way that implies endorsement.
Note the distinction from our service: the promise that you own everything we build applies to the systems we deliver under a service agreement, not to the content of this website.
Information, not advice
Our guides, comparisons, and use-case pages are general information to help you make a decision. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and they are not tailored to your situation. For a recommendation on your actual stack, that is what the audit is for.
Pricing and quotes
We publish prices because hidden pricing wastes everyone's time. The numbers on the pricing page are honest brackets, not a binding offer. A binding quote comes out of the workflow audit and is confirmed in the service agreement. Prices may change, and the price that applies to you is the one in your signed agreement.
Third-party links and names
We link to and name third-party tools (accounting systems, help desks, workflow platforms, model providers) to explain what we integrate with and compare against. Those names belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not imply any partnership or endorsement unless we say so.
The site is provided as is
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and figures in our content are illustrative unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Passcut is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for a paid engagement is addressed in the service agreement for that work.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. A paid engagement may specify a different governing law in its service agreement, and that choice controls for the engagement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
