The rules we work by
The rules below are the same in every engagement. They make trusting a remote team with your workflows a decision you can defend to your accountant, your auditor, and your board.
You own everything
Agents are delivered into your infrastructure and your accounts: your API keys, your data, your code, your model subscriptions. We hold access you can revoke, not assets you depend on us for.
Humans approve the sensitive steps
Payments, refunds, postings to your books, customer-facing sends: a person clicks the button. Autonomy is granted per category, by you, after the agent has earned it in the run logs.
Everything is logged
Every agent action records what was read, what was done, and who approved it. The log is yours and exportable: what your accountant and auditor want.
Least-privilege access
Agents get the narrowest credentials that do the job: read-only where possible, scoped tokens over admin keys, secrets in your vault, never in code.
Your data stays yours
Data is processed through your own accounts with the model providers, under their no-training API terms. We don't store your data, and that is in the contract.
Clear regulatory roles
Contractually, you are the operator of the system and we are the integrator. For EU clients we scope engagements so obligations under the EU AI Act sit where the law puts them, and we stay out of high-risk system categories by design.

Working across timezones
Our engineering team is in Jakarta, with live overlap with US business hours every working day for meetings and Slack. The overnight work is done by agents: they process around the clock, and a monitoring agent checks the system every 30 minutes while everyone sleeps, so work handed off in your evening is usually done by your morning.
For production issues, response times are defined by severity in the maintenance agreement. Your overnight is our business hours, so overnight fixes are normal.
