Most of our work is ongoing workflows. This service is for the pile that already exists: the archive of PDFs nobody entered, the file cabinet that got scanned and forgotten, the records stuck in a legacy system you are leaving.
We run the same extraction agents we use in production over the whole backlog, batch by batch, with a human review step on every batch before anything is written to your system.
Priced from a sample, delivered as data
We process a sample batch first, free, so both sides see the accuracy on your real documents before any commitment. The full job is then quoted as a fixed price by volume.
You get clean, structured data in your system of record plus the source documents filed against each record. If the backlog feeds an ongoing workflow, the same agents can keep running as a normal build.

What kinds of documents can you process?
Invoices, receipts, contracts, purchase orders, delivery notes, HR records, handwritten scans, mixed-language files. The free sample batch is the honest test: it shows the accuracy on your documents, not a benchmark's.
How is this priced?
Fixed price by volume, quoted after the sample batch. No per-page meter surprises: you approve one number for the whole job.
Our documents are sensitive. Where does processing happen?
Through your own accounts with the model providers under their no-training API terms, the same setup as our production work. We don't keep copies, and that is in the contract.
