AI agent rescue
Someone built you an AI agent and moved on. It still runs, nobody watches it, and nobody can fix it. We audit it, stabilize it, document it, and take responsibility for it.
The orphaned agent problem
A freelancer, an agency, or an employee who has since left built an automation that your business now depends on. It runs every day. There is no documentation, nobody knows which systems it touches, and when it breaks, work stops until someone guesses at a fix.
The dangerous version is worse: it doesn't stop, it keeps running with a subtle error, and wrong data flows into your books or your customer emails until someone notices.
How the rescue works
It starts with a stabilization audit. We read the code and the configuration, map every system the agent reads from and writes to, fix the urgent issues, and write the documentation that should have existed from day one.
The audit ends with a written keep-or-rebuild recommendation. If the agent is sound, it goes under Care monitoring like our own builds. If rebuilding is cheaper than maintaining it, we say so and quote the rebuild; the documentation is yours either way.
Most rescues start with nothing
No documentation, no handover, and the person who built it unreachable: that is the normal starting point, not a problem case. We work from the code, the logs, and the accounts the agent touches.
What you get
- Map of the agent: what it reads, what it writes, which systems it touches
- Urgent fixes applied and tested
- Documentation any engineer can maintain from
- A written keep-or-rebuild recommendation with numbers
- Credentials moved to least-privilege access in your accounts
- Handover into Care monitoring, checked every 30 minutes
Questions
What does a rescue cost?
The stabilization audit starts at $2,500 one-time, depending on complexity. After that, Care is $1,500 per month per workflow. If a rebuild is the better answer, the audit produces a fixed quote for it.
The agent was built in Zapier, Make, or n8n. Can you take it over?
Yes. Platform flows count: we audit and document them the same way, and either maintain them or recommend moving the judgment-heavy parts to a proper agent.
It's breaking production right now. Where do we start?
Triage comes first: we stabilize the breakage, then run the full audit once your workflow is moving again.
What if you look at it and it's beyond saving?
We tell you, with numbers. You get the audit findings, the documentation we produced, and a fixed rebuild quote. No one is obligated to continue.

A 45-minute call. We map three processes agents can take over, estimate what each would save, and quote what it would cost. No obligation.
