The assistant is grounded in your document set and answers with the source cited, so anyone can check where an answer came from. When the documents don't contain the answer, it says so instead of guessing.
Permissions come first
The assistant respects your existing access rules: HR documents answer only to HR, financials only to finance. Access control is mapped during setup and tested before anyone else touches it.
