The pilot guarantee
Hit the bar we agree on, or you don't pay for the pilot
We set the pilot's success criteria with you in writing before we start. If the agent doesn't hit them in 30 days, you don't pay for the pilot. You keep everything we produced either way.
How you're protected
- You own everything from day one. Code, API keys, and data live in your accounts, not ours. If we disappear, your agents keep running.
- Pay in milestones, not all up front. A deposit to start, the balance when the work is live and running to the spec we agreed in writing.
- We define what done looks like first. Acceptance criteria are set with you in writing before we build, so the goalposts do not move on either side.
- Pay by a method that protects you. Card, Stripe, or escrow. We never ask for wire or crypto.
Model and infrastructure costs run through your own accounts at cost. If your budget is under $2,000 total, we're not the right fit; a workflow tool like Zapier or n8n probably is, and our comparison pages will help you choose one.

Pricing questions
Why do you publish prices when most agencies don't?
Because 'contact us for pricing' wastes everyone's time. Published ranges let you decide whether we fit your budget before the first call.
What do the model/API costs add?
They're billed at cost through your own accounts: typically tens to low hundreds of dollars per month per workflow at SMB volumes. You see the raw usage; we optimize it as part of maintenance.
What if the pilot doesn't hit the bar we agreed?
The pilot defines success criteria in writing before we start. If we miss them, you don't pay for the pilot, and you keep everything produced during it either way.
Can we cancel the maintenance retainer?
Yes, monthly, with 30 days' notice. You own the system, so you can leave and keep everything running.
