AI agents for HubSpot
AI agents on HubSpot that qualify leads in under a minute, keep the CRM clean, and handle routine support tickets, with a person on every decision that matters.
HubSpot is the system of record for a lot of SMB sales and support teams, and its value leaks in two places: leads that cool off before anyone answers, and records that rot because logging them is nobody's favorite task. Agents close both gaps.
We build on HubSpot through its API, fitting agents into the pipeline and inbox you already run. Speed and data hygiene improve; the selling and the judgment stay with your team.
What we automate on HubSpot
Lead qualification
Answer new leads in under a minute, ask your qualifying questions, enrich the record, and book qualified ones onto the right calendar.
How it works
Customer support
Answer routine tickets from your own docs with citations and escalate the rest to a person with the research done.
How it works
Conversations triage
Classify and route messages in the HubSpot inbox, draft routine replies for review, and associate them to the right record.
How it works
Quotes & estimates
Draft quotes tied to the deal and its line items, ready for your sign-off before they go to the customer.
How it works
How we connect
Into HubSpot, the right way
We connect through the HubSpot API, using a private app token for a single account or OAuth for a distributed build. The API covers contacts, companies, deals, tickets, line items, quotes, and custom objects, plus the conversations inbox and workflows, which is enough to run agents inside your CRM rather than beside it.
The practical constraint is the CRM Search API, which is rate-limited and shared across object types, so we build with careful pagination and backoff rather than brute-force queries, and the private-app daily quota is shared account-wide, so we design to coexist with your other integrations. A EU data centre is available for teams that need it. Access is scoped to the objects the workflow touches and revocable.
Doesn't HubSpot already do this?
Where the native features stop
HubSpot's own AI, Breeze, ships prospecting, customer, and data agents inside the platform, and in 2026 moved some to pay-per-result pricing. For teams all-in on HubSpot they are worth trying. Where a custom agent earns its place is logic HubSpot's paradigm does not cover: qualification rules specific to how you sell, hygiene that spans HubSpot and the tools around it, and a human approval step you control. That is what we build.
Questions about HubSpot
How is this different from HubSpot Breeze?
Breeze runs inside HubSpot's model and pricing. We build agents with your specific qualification rules and approval controls, wired across HubSpot and the other tools a deal touches, delivered into your accounts.
Will leads know they're talking to an agent?
Yes, and several states require the disclosure, so we default to it. A person can take over any conversation live, and the agent hands off qualified leads to a rep.
Can you clean up our existing CRM data?
Yes. Data hygiene (dedup, enrichment, fixing stale fields) is a common first build, and it runs continuously once the ongoing agent is in place.
Which HubSpot tier do we need?
Most agent work fits the API on Starter or Professional; the audit confirms what your specific workflows need before you commit.
